I brought my car in for an oil change and a tire repair. I have two comments. # 1, re the oil change. It was rather expensive ( in excess of $75 as I recall). I usually pay less than $30. #2 re the tire repair, you said the repair person could not find the slow leak. When I checked it after words, found the leak is less than 5 minutes using soapy water. I went to another repair shop to get it fixed. Fred Mimken
I would like to thank you so much for leaving such a detailed review for us. Let me apologize for not being able to find the leak in the tire. I am glad, however, that you were able to have the tire repaired. Your 2002 Buick was a 5w30 synthetic blend oil change and runs about $35. Your new Camry requires a full synthetic 0w16 oil, which brings the cost to around $75. Note, the service intervals have also siginificantly increased on your new vehicle as well. Instead of changing your oil at 4,000-5,000 mile intervals, you will now change it between 7,000-9,000 miles. The cost is double but we see you half as often. I appreciate the opportunity to service your new vehicle and explain how much technology has changed the automotive services in a mere 16 years. Happiest Thanksgiving wishes to you and your family!
