Here's why my first-time experience with Xpertech was so good. 1. They were comfortably friendly. 2. They did not talk done to me as they gave me facts and options. (I particularly dislike thinking I am being treated as though I am a dumb old lady) 3. They did the work in a timely fashion. 4. They gave me the percent of wear on my rear brakes and explained the necessity to get them done before they wore down to metal on metal. I easily understood. There was no pressure to do it now, but in two more oil changes the breaks would need to be done. 5. I left feeling confident in the work that was done and will be returning.
