Just had to purchase a used vehicle, called to consult Kathleen about my choice.She told me about a service I did not know they offered. It made a nervous decision an easy one.For $25 they will do a pre purchase evaluation of the car your thinking about.As Kathleen said if the person who is selling the car has a problem with that,avoid them.I bought the car and am having Expertech's recommendations for servicing done on the car this coming Monday. They will be doing the servicing for this car from here on.I am a woman who knows very little about cars. Kathleen explains not only the what and what ifs but makes it understandable. Also will find the best price to solve your problems. This is the only car servicing place I would recommend and is now the only one I use.They are honest and straight forward a rare combination in todays world.A real treasure in a sea of people ready to take advantage of the lack of knowledge I possess.I count finding Expertech a blessing.

Car broke down at 2pm Friday afternoon. Kathy owner/manager called a tow truck to come pickup my car & bring it to the shop. OMG my starter went. Now 3:30pm a new starter was picked up & immediately installed in my car. It was done by closing @ 5pm. The service was fast & completed & guarenteed. I am very pleased with the customer service as well. It took me 7yrs to find someone reliable & trustworthy. Thank you to the entire staff.

Warranty work covered, and the car was finished earlier than promised. Gotta love it!

I pulled in, described my issues and took a phone call. At the end of the phone call, they were handing back my car keys with a new battery installed. I paid and was gone in 10 minutes! I didn't even have an appointment. They are amazing at Xpertech & I would highly recommend them!

Kathleen and Dave are great. Diagnosed problem with my Ford F250. Performed the repairs and came in under estimate. Dave even offered some advice on towing, which will be useful. I am very happy to have found this great local business, and will be a future customer.
