I brought my daughter's vehicle to Xpertech yesterday, this was my first time going there. I am so glad that I decided to do so after reading some excellent reviews online. I have dealt with many, many auto service facilities in my lifetime, in Florida and several other states, but never have I encountered one like this one. Kathy, the owner is a very friendly and outgoing person. I was there for quite a while (due to a challenging part being located) and folks were in and out left and right. Not only did Kathy know practically everyone who walked through the door by name, but each of them obviously adored her and trusted her and her team. This woman definitely knows what she is doing. I really got the sense that every person in and out the door was not just a customer, but each was a patron who became a friend. It could not be more obvious that she loves what she is doing. The excellence of this establishment does not stop with Kathy's outstanding management and customer service, however. The team behind the plastic curtain, if you will, certainly had it together as well. They had the issue with my daughter's vehicle figured out rather quickly. While locating the unusual hose that needed to be replaced was a challenge, it was met head on. Once located, it wasn't being delivered fast enough so Kathy went and picked it up herself (how many garage owners do that??). Not only that, a number of vehicles came, were serviced and out the door with a smile (and even a few laughs) throughout my visit. Once the hose was retrieved, they replaced the damaged one, test drove it and all was well again, all at a very good price for what was done. They even have a helpful newsletter with great automotive tips, trivia and more. I really only have one problem with all of it--that I didn't know about Xpertech SOONER! They most definitely have gained a new customer. I will also happily send anyone I know there for service. Thanks so much for all you do, not just for my daughter's vehicle yesterday, but also for all those that you offer your expertise and charisma to, including the little ones. I wish more auto service facilities--and other establishments for that matter--were run this way. I wish you all the continued success that you can handle.
